Rates are per person
Rates include Tax and Service Charge
Check in time is 4-6 pm and check out time is 9 am for the week long stays.
Sunday to Thursday stay includes Thursday morning ride and lunch, with a 2 pm check out time
We are unable to provide transportation to and from the airport, please call the office for a list of local drivers.
Tucson airport has all major car rental agencies
Large families or groups, please contact the office for rates
We require a 25% deposit per person when booking
We ask for full payment 60 days prior to arrival
We have a 90 day cancellation policy. Cancellations 90 days before arrival will be refunded less 5% if deposit was made on a credit card or paypal. For cancellations made within 90 days of arrival no portion of your payment is refundable.
We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to protect all of our interests. We can no longer hold over deposits and payments for cancellations outside our policy period. We will make every attempt to work with guests, yet we provide specialty experiences and these are difficult to rebook with short notices. Travel Guard is the preferred provider for the Dude Ranchers Association and you can find a link on their website at www.duderanch.org
