Some of the most cherished memories at Circle Z are made around the table. Each meal is prepared from scratch and served buffet style, creating opportunities to slow down, share stories from the trail, and connect with fellow guests who quickly become friends.

Three meals a day are served in our colorful dining room, located in the lodge.
Cookouts
We offer three cookouts each week: Monday Night Steak Cookout, Wednesday's Picnic Cookout, and our Saturday Chuck-Wagon.

The ranch has a 275 pound weight limit for guests.
Check-in time is 4-6 p.m. and check-out time is 9 a.m. for week long stays. For Sunday to Thursday stay check out is 2 pm
Sunday to Thursday stay includes Thursdays morning ride and lunch with a 2 pm checkout time
We are not able to provide transportation to and from the Tucson airport. The airport has all major rental car agencies. Please call the ranch if you would like a list of local drivers.
Large families or groups, please contact the office for rates
We require a 25% deposit per person when booking your reservation.
We ask for full payment 60 days prior to arrival
We have a 90 day cancellation policy. Cancellations 90 days before arrival will be refunded less 5% if deposit was made on a credit card or paypal. For cancellations made within 90 days of arrival no portion of your payment is refundable
We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to protect all of our interests. We can no longer hold over deposits and payments for cancellations outside our policy period. Travel Guard is the preferred provider for the Dude Ranchers Association and you can find a link on their website at www.duderanch.org
